Harmony Public Schools are a Texas-based, tuition-free charter network. 67% of students on its campuses come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and over 70% of students attending college after graduating from HPS are the first to attend college in their families.

After trying Google Forms for various data collection needs, Harmony Public Schools were overrun with data difficulties.
Lengthy forms were cumbersome for people using their forms. The slightest typo would cause records to be off, affecting candidates from being matched with a campus. Solution
Harmony Public School’s challenges were no match for FormAssembly’s Salesforce integration and customizable forms.
HPS can now pre-fill forms using Salesforce data. In addition, they have custom-branded forms embedded on their website and logic that supports multi-part forms or redirects to additional forms as needed, vastly improving the experience for families filling out their forms and ensuring data is automatically accurate and matched behind the scenes.
For the first time, HPS also has a lead-capture form right on their website. With custom logic built in, it automatically notifies the appropriate recruiters and staff when filled out. As a result, leads have scaled up while time spent with manual processing has scaled down.
