Overview

AAP (Animal Advocacy and Protection) Foundation advocates across Europe for better laws and regulations to prevent animal suffering and rescues and rehabilitates exotic animals that are victims of wildlife trafficking. They use Salesforce integrated webforms to offer dynamic experiences across their site, saving time so they can focus on what matters most, protecting animals.

Challenge

AAP was using FormAssembly forms successfully for years but needed an automated way to organize tours in their sanctuary.  The tour organizer spent a lot of time maintaining a picklist of available tours. “There had to be a better way,” Stephan noted that with more than 50 forms across their multi-lingual websites, they needed a simple way to connect their site to their Salesforce CRM.

“All [50-60 forms on the website] are either sending notification emails or connected Salesforce. […] It’s all automated, a big efficiency gain.”

Solution

After discussing their situation with FormAssembly, AAP decided upgrading to a Team plan (formerly Enterprise) was the right thing to do. “As a nonprofit, every dollar we spend on technology we cannot spend on animals, so we are very cautious with what we spend.” The investment has given AAP an advantage because the forms on their website is now seamlessly integrated with Salesforce. By using formulas to standardize data before syncing it to Salesforce, AAP is also avoiding tedious data correction. “[The integration] saves us a lot of time, and errors as well. It’s all automated, a big efficiency gain.”

Results

As an advocate for those without a voice of their own AAP needs to harness time and money savings to give back to their goal of advocating for exotic animals. With FormAssembly and our robust Salesforce integration, they could do just that and welcome the public into their sanctuaries to further spread their organization’s message to provide exotic animals a better future.
