About FormAssembly’s company culture

In addition to our recognition as a Top Workplace, FormAssembly also received the Work/Life Flexibility special award, based on exceptional scores for specific survey questions. As a fully remote company, FormAssembly emphasizes communication, collaboration, and connection. With more than 100 employees dispersed all over the globe, we come together each day to deliver the best web form solution out there. Each member of our team values transparency, accountability, innovation, curiosity, and ambition.

“At FormAssembly, we’ve cultivated a group that is passionate about data security and simple, yet powerful form construction—and it shows. We always operate with empowerment, enablement and connection. Even though we are fully remote, we connect often (at least once a week as an entire company) and we’ve created a cohesive team that is dedicated to our organization’s purpose and values,” said Joey Owens-Barham, Director of Talent and Culture at FormAssembly.

Within the past few years, the FormAssembly team has tripled in size. Our company continues to grow and evolve as we hire new team members based on their talent, character, and potential rather than their physical location. Our remote work policy encourages flexibility and work-life balance, with no daily commute required. To learn more about FormAssembly’s remote work culture, visit our culture page.

About the survey

The survey, administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC, measures 15 aspects of engaged company culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
