To qualify, you must be a legally recognized nonprofit organization and be able to provide supporting documentation such as a Certificate of Exemption.
How to Apply
- If you do not have an active FormAssembly account, request a trial of FormAssembly to set up your account.
- Contact the FormAssembly Sales team to submit your documentation.
- We will review your application and apply the discount if you qualify.
