FormAssembly, Reunited: Prepping for a Grand 2022 Reunion in Phoenix, AZ

For the first time in three years, the FormAssembly team is celebrating being back together in person for our 2022 company reunion! This year, we’re headed to sunny Phoenix, AZ, from May 2-6. All-team reunions are the highlight of the year for our team, and with multiple virtual reunions under our belt due to the pandemic, we are thrilled for the opportunity to finally reconnect in person!

Why connect in person?

Since our company is fully remote, FormAssembly’s annual all-team reunion is the perfect time to connect. For many of our team members, this year will mark the first time seeing coworkers in-person! Our reunions serve many purposes, including:

Celebrating our success

FormAssembly has reached many significant milestones in recent years, and we’re proud to celebrate the success of our company! More specifically, FormAssembly has achieved 62% growth over the past two years as well as being a Powderkeg top-rated company to work for, a G2 best office product, an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company, an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company in the Midwest. Our reunions are a great way for us to celebrate.

Bonding with coworkers

As a fully remote team, we don’t get many opportunities to meet with each other in person, and our reunions make this possible. Building a familiarity and camaraderie with each other at these events transforms how we interact and communicate when working together virtually, strengthening our team as a whole.

Taking our minds off of work

Our team works incredibly hard to provide the best possible product for our customers. This is especially true over the past several years with the launch of Workflow, our biggest product release to date. To celebrate these accomplishments, our reunion serves as a time to take our minds off work collectively as we do fun activities together.

Planning for the future

A great benefit of in-person reunions is our ability to come together and plan the future success of FormAssembly. We have the opportunity to hear about the state of the company, success stories from our customers, and open the floor for discussion. This year, we’re planning on holding a series of panel discussions led by our leadership team on key topics related to culture, product, marketing, operations, growth, and more.

“Like many, our team hasn’t been able to gather in-person since 2019, which makes this gathering extra special. Not only is this a time for us to meet up and get to know each other on a personal level, but it’s a wonderful perk and reward that FormAssembly offers the team — a week of fun after the remainder of the year’s hard work. Without an in-office presence, we really value this time together and experience to deepen our work connections and build friendships.”

How we celebrate

Our team is excited to be spending a week in Arizona and to participate in several exciting activities. In addition to company meetings, team dinners, game nights, and relaxation by the pool, we’re prepping to take part in a mixture of the following:

  • Hiking
  • Yoga
  • Rappelling ropes course
  • Croissant baking class
  • Botanical garden tour
  • Kayaking
  • ATV tour
  • Brewery tour
  • Food tour
  • UTV tour
  • Tequila sommelier and tasting
  • Hot air balloon ride
  • Escape room
  • Wine and charcuterie

Our 2022 Phoenix trip is just one of the many we have shared as a company.
