For the first time in three years, the FormAssembly team is celebrating being back together in person for our 2022 company reunion! This year, we’re headed to sunny Phoenix, AZ, from May 2-6. All-team reunions are the highlight of the year for our team, and with multiple virtual reunions under our belt due to the pandemic, we are thrilled for the opportunity to finally reconnect in person!

Since our company is fully remote, FormAssembly’s annual all-team reunion is the perfect time to connect. For many of our team members, this year will mark the first time seeing coworkers in-person! Our reunions serve many purposes, including:
Celebrating our success
FormAssembly has reached many significant milestones in recent years, and we’re proud to celebrate the success of our company! More specifically, FormAssembly has achieved 62% growth over the past two years as well as being a Powderkeg top-rated company to work for, a G2 best office product, an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company, an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company in the Midwest. Our reunions are a great way for us to celebrate.
Bonding with coworkers
As a fully remote team, we don’t get many opportunities to meet with each other in person, and our reunions make this possible. Building a familiarity and camaraderie with each other at these events transforms how we interact and communicate when working together virtually, strengthening our team as a whole.
Taking our minds off of work
Our team works incredibly hard to provide the best possible product for our customers. This is especially true over the past several years with the launch of Workflow, our biggest product release to date. To celebrate these accomplishments, our reunion serves as a time to take our minds off work collectively as we do fun activities together.
Planning for the future
A great benefit of in-person reunions is our ability to come together and plan the future success of FormAssembly. We have the opportunity to hear about the state of the company, success stories from our customers, and open the floor for discussion. This year, we’re planning on holding a series of panel discussions led by our leadership team on key topics related to culture, product, marketing, operations, growth, and more.

Our 2022 Phoenix trip is just one of the many we have shared as a company. In previous years, we have met up in Bloomington, IN in 2017 and 2018, Sonoma, CA in 2019, and connected virtually in 2020 and 2021.
