FormAssembly, the leader in enterprise data collection, has achieved 39% YoY team growth in 2020 and hired its first C-Level revenue position. Chief Revenue Officer Andrew Hahn joined the team November 16, 2020. These developments speak to FormAssembly’s growing success in the B2B SaaS market.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the FormAssembly team and to have the opportunity to assist the marketing, sales, and partner departments in creating a recurring revenue machine,” Hahn said. “Within this team is a wealth of experience, insights, and ideas on how we can grow. I look forward to learning from the team and executing my plan for how we can continue to evolve.”

Hahn comes to FormAssembly with a strong background in sales and alliances. He recently held a position at IBM as Head of Global Strategic Alliances for Watson Talent and also has experience leading sales teams at Cornerstone OnDemand and Fuel Cycle.

Hahn will oversee a critical arm of FormAssembly’s operations, helping FormAssembly meet and exceed revenue targets, while continuing to serve and expand the customer base.

FormAssembly is positioned well for growth in 2021, with several key recent accomplishments. Following on the heels of receiving $10 million in Series A funding from Level Equity in 2019, FormAssembly’s team surpassed 100 employees in 2020, and was included in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies for the third year in a row.

“This is an exciting time for the company. With Andrew joining, we’re strengthening our leadership team and our ability to deliver on our mission. Andrew’s accomplishments, drive, and energy have already made a great impression on the team and we’re all looking forward to working with him,” said FormAssembly CEO and Founder Cedric Savarese.

Notable customers that have signed on with FormAssembly include Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Navy Seal Foundation, Medical College of Wisconsin, Bay Path University, The ALS Association, the United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, Navitas, Zip Co Limited, and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation.

FormAssembly has successfully provided these customers with a customizable data collection platform and, with continued growth and team additions, will continue to help customers be good stewards of the data they collect and stay compliant with regulations such as PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
