Crystal Graham
Crystal grew up in Kauai, HI, and moved to Salt Lake City 19 years ago. Her favorite foods are Hawaiian food and sushi. Crystal has been working at FormAssembly since December 2019 and is a big fan of FormAssembly’s Form Builder, which easily helps our customers build out their use cases.
Jeff Kreuger
Jeff grew up in Portland, OR, and moved to Japan 20 years ago, where he and his wife now raise three children. His favorite food is ōtoro sushi. Jeff has been working at FormAssembly for over four years and is a big fan of FormAssembly Workflow. If you are looking for a detailed Workflow demo, Jeff is your guy!
Joe Edens
Joe currently lives in Indiana, with hopes of making a big move out West in the near future. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, and spending quality time with friends and family. Most of his professional experience is in Higher Education, most recently as a Director of Admissions. At FormAssembly he works primarily with our Higher Ed customers. Before joining the team at the end of 2020, Joe actually used FormAssembly as a customer!
Jen Capenito
Jen hails from New England where she lives with her husband and two sons. She has been supporting customers at FormAssembly for over four years and currently manages our amazing CSM Team! Her favorite food is anything Mexican, and she enjoys cooking, crafts, and documentaries. Her favorite FormAssembly feature is the Collaboration feature (did you know you can share your forms with other users?).
Ilyas Ashirov
Ilyas lives in Toronto, ON, Canada, and is originally from Kazakhstan. Very nice! He’s been with FormAssembly for over three years and was part of the Sales team before joining Customer Success over a year ago. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, martial arts, and spending quality time with his family and friends. His current food preference is sushi and noodle soup. Ilyas’ favorite FormAssembly feature is form prefill.
Colleen Brinkworth
Colleen lives in Bristol, United Kingdom, but is originally from Buffalo, NY. She has been with FormAssembly since March 2019 and was part of the Sales team before joining the Customer Success team. Colleen enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite FormAssembly feature is the Salesforce Connector—the possibilities are endless!
Chels Upton
Chels currently lives in Portland, OR, but she originally hails from Oklahoma. She started with FormAssembly in January 2022 and is an evangelist for FormAssembly’s Workflow feature. In her spare time, she likes roller skating, reading pulp paperbacks, and making mediocre charcoal art. Her favorite food changes with the seasons, but she is currently enjoying grilled cheese and tomato soup.
