Overview
The Master’s University (TMU) is a private Christian university based in Santa Clarita, California. When TMU first embarked on its mission to improve data collection in 2017, the team was only scratching the surface of digital transformation. By implementing FormAssembly and Salesforce for admissions they transformed application management and student data processes, and experienced major growth, both on-campus and online.
Challenge
Before implementing the FormAssembly Salesforce connector, TMU’s registrar and administrative teams were burdened with manual data entry and tedious paper form processes. The team lacked visibility into data collection and management, resulting in administrative bottlenecks and data gaps with student admissions.

Solution
Using FormAssembly forms with Salesforce CRM, the TMU staff now delivers “student-first” personalized experiences, and eliminated administrative gaps. The implementation of user-friendly forms allows for students to spend less time on paperwork, and more time on immersing themselves in on-campus events, such as their Admitted Student Day.
Jay and his admissions colleagues now communicate with ease, using features like dynamic merge fields and prefill through the URL. After TMU’s initial success, they increased adoption, rolling out FormAssembly across multiple departments using over 150 dynamic forms for everything from admissions and campus events to faculty course requests. Departments not yet using the solution are anxious to do so after seeing the success and time-saving that FormAssembly has offered TMU.
