A form submission doesn’t have to stop at creating or updating a Salesforce record. With Salesforce Flow, it can set off the next step in your process automatically.

This introductory training webinar shows how FormAssembly and Salesforce Flow work together. FormAssembly collects the information and sends it to Salesforce through the Salesforce connector, then a Flow takes over and carries out the next action.

It’s a connection that allows teams to build on the forms and connectors you already have, with no rebuild or constant configuration in Salesforce Flows required.

Tune in for this introductory training and learn how to:

• Understand how a FormAssembly submission can trigger a Record-Triggered Flow when it creates or updates a Salesforce record

• Use form responses, such as a checkbox or status change, to determine whether a Flow runs

• See examples of Flows triggered by record creation or record updates

• Plan your form and connector mappings so the right values reach Salesforce

• Troubleshoot when a Flow doesn’t run as expected

Whether you’re a Salesforce admin or a builder within FormAssembly, you’ll be introduced to a simple model for letting each platform work together and do what it does best.
