Amazon India

Amazon India relies on FormAssembly’s Salesforce integration to connect vendors outside of the Amazon network to their internal CRM. Amazon India needed a way to track seller information to monitor progress and pay vendors correctly. FormAssembly enabled them to easily update pertinent information in real-time.

“FormAssembly is a very high-utility tool for us because it’s plug-and-play. It would take us a significant amount of dev effort to build internally in Amazon, and we’d also spend a good amount of bandwidth maintaining that tool. With FormAssembly, you can just log in to Salesforce and create whatever forms you need,” said Abhinav Singh Kakran, Manager of Program Management.

Child Matters

Child Matters is a charitable trust in New Zealand, dedicated to increasing awareness of child abuse among businesses, organizations, and communities for over 20 years. Child Matters faced several key challenges when looking for a web form solution, including the need to record information about program participants without using overly exhaustive, complicated forms. They also needed a way to maintain this information in Salesforce, without extra hassle. With FormAssembly, Child Matters has experienced accelerated growth and data accuracy, particularly with course enrollment and funding.

“We’re building up a really powerful database, and we’ll be able to do some pretty powerful marketing going forward,” said Greg Devine of Manukau Road Consulting, the primary consulting group for Child Matters.

Clore Social Leadership

Clore Social Leadership is an organization in the United Kingdom that runs leadership programs specifically for “emerging leaders.” They focus on frameworks for growth and provide workshops, coaching services, and group activities. Clore Social uses FormAssembly, in conjunction with their Salesforce capabilities, to power their recruitment processes and to collect data at every stage of their programs.

“We’ve started to use FormAssembly to assess impact of the program by collecting self-reported measurements on a set of capabilities before people undertake the program and after completion and comparing them. That’s been incredibly useful and quite groundbreaking,” Program Coordinator Iga Wojtasik said.
