Kasasa is a financial services organization striving to empower and support community banking. In this session, we’ll share how Kasasa discovered FormAssembly at Dreamforce and since then they’ve found countless ways to save 60-80 hours per month and resources with our intuitive form builder. Throughout the lifecycle of each customer Kasasa collects thousands of data points. You’ll learn how this organization seamlessly integrated their data collection process with Salesforce to collect and update data in real time using FormAssembly’s bidirectional Salesforce connector eliminating the need for messy spreadsheets. We’ll also demonstrate how Kasasa uses their favorite FormAssembly features, Salesforce Prefill Connector and Predefined Content to shape their users experience.
