Between tighter Salesforce connections under the hood, a packed training calendar, a chance to meet us in person, and an early look at something new from FormAssembly, there’s a lot happening beyond the form this month!
Check out what’s new below.
Product Pulse: What’s new on the platform this month
Salesforce connection updates
If you’ve experienced slowdown or auth errors with Salesforce connections in FormAssembly recently, good news: these just got more reliable.
We shipped a round of fixes to how FormAssembly handles Salesforce connections under load, including improved handling for invalidated authorizations and a fix for an issue that could revoke healthy connections unnecessarily. This should address recent processing delays and provide clearer error messaging.
Elsewhere, we’ve made date fields more accessible. The date picker now supports full keyboard navigation and improved screen reader compatibility. This is a small change with real impact for keeping your forms accessible.

Scaling your forms
Building a form for a global audience? This is something our team gets questions about frequently as large orgs move to FormAssembly or smaller teams start to expand their needs.
A few things worth knowing:
- Conditional sections let you serve different language versions based on respondent choice. Most browser-based translation tools (including the Google Translate widget) work well with FormAssembly forms out of the box.
- If accurate address, email, or phone validation matters across regions, our Loqate integration handles that too. See the Help article for the Loqate integration here.
Knowledge Corner: Training, webinars, and learning resources
Just wrapped: Microsoft Connectors Webinar
On-demand now: August’s Microsoft Connectors webinar has great end-to-end walkthroughs of how teams can use FormAssembly’s Microsoft Excel and SharePoint connectors. The recording’s ready whenever you are!

What’s next?
Later this month: It’s time to get back to basics. Whether you’re new to FormAssembly’s Salesforce integration or just want to brush up on the fundamentals, this training webinar will take you back to the basics of one of FormAssembly’s most powerful integrations. Register here, and we’ll see you on September 29th.
September Side Note: Come See Us at Dreamforce!
Every year, we see tons of customers and friends of FormAssembly at Dreamforce in San Francisco. If you’ll be there September 15–17, get in on this year’s action! Here’s how you can run into us:
- We’ll be set up with two booths this year (booths 105 and 218). Stop by, say hello, and grab some of the swag we’ll have on hand for customers. It’s always a pleasure for us to meet the admins and teams behind the forms, so don’t be shy!
- Register for any of our co-sponsored events beforehand: the Coastal Keynote Watch Party, the Impact Sector Reception, or a Financial Services panel.
Fun fact: this year’s Dreamforce theme for FormAssembly’s booths is “Grow Beyond the Form.”
Something New Is Coming
We can’t say too much yet, but behind the scenes, FormAssembly has been building something big. Now we’re inviting a limited group of customers and Beyond the Form readers to help shape it before anyone else sees it.
Our Preview Program gives you early, hands-on access, direct input into how it develops, and a front-row seat before it’s public.
Interested in seeing what we’re up to? We’re expanding the Preview Program, but spots are limited.
Customer Spotlight: Use cases, stories, and ideas from the FormAssembly community
A 70% efficiency gain for Cargill
Cargill, a massive multinational food and agriculture corporation, has been streamlining, taking 20+ lead intake forms down to one.
Before FormAssembly, inquiries across Cargill’s business units came in through more than 20 separate category-specific forms, each routed to an inbox and entered into Salesforce by hand — with no way to trace a closed deal back to the campaign that generated it. Today, one universal form handles it all, with automated Salesforce routing and full campaign attribution built in.
“FormAssembly helps us sift through the noise, quickly qualify leads, and route each inquiry to the right person — in seconds instead of days or weeks.”
— Katie Carlson, Marketing Technology Manager, Cargill
The result: a 70% efficiency gain over the old manual process, with just three business development reps now managing 4,000+ inquiries a year.
We recently published their success story. Read it here, and get inspired for what your team can do beyond the form.
