What Is a Form Review Masterclass?

In a form review masterclass, members of our support team review real customer forms submitted to us before the webinar and suggest improvements based on form building and data collection best practices. Not only do the form owners benefit from seeing specific improvements to their forms, but everyone else that attends can learn from the tips offered by our team.

The June 11 webinar will focus on forms with payment integration, and during the session, Manager of Implementation Services Andrea Hall and Customer Success Manager Asuka Goya will be reviewing customer-submitted forms and giving feedback.

What Kind of Forms Can I Submit?

For this webinar, we’re focusing on forms with payment integration. If you have any forms that process payments, such as donation forms or order forms, or if you have questions about setting up one of our payment connectors, this is a great opportunity to submit your forms to us! As the webinar is a public event and the submitted forms will be shown in the webinar, please do not submit any forms containing sensitive or confidential information. (We won’t be able to use all forms, but if yours is selected, we’ll send an email informing you.)
