At approximately 07:30 EDT today, the autoresponder functionality of FormAssembly was temporarily disabled for all FormAssembly account plans, except Enterprise accounts. This suspension was lifted approximately two hours later at 09:34 EDT.
The autoresponder was disabled because of abusive behavior detected by our staff. We evaluated the risk for all other users, and we decided to take action to minimize any effect the abusive behavior would have on the deliverability reputation of all FormAssembly emails. All other emails, such as notifications, were not affected.
We’re sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused you or your respondents. To prevent this issue from occurring again, we’re looking at making changes to the autoresponder feature. We do not expect those changes to impact customers, but we’ll provide more information soon.
