What a year it’s been! In just 12 months, our remote team has nearly doubled in size. As we grow, we know it’s important to stay connected and maintain a team atmosphere, which is why we prioritize things like our annual company reunion and, of course, our Secret Santa tradition.
Little traditions like these help us grow stronger as a team, get to know co-workers we haven’t interacted with that much, and have lots of fun in the meantime!
Our chat conversations have been peppered with images of the Secret Santa gifts these past few weeks, so in this post we’re recapping how we celebrated the holidays and sharing some of the creative and unique gifts with you.
