Maintenance Downtime Notification: Sunday Feb. 1st 2009 – 1am / 1:30am EST (GMT-5)

Update: Maintenance completed at 1:17am.  Service is fully operational.

Our service was partially unavailable for about 16mn yesterday, between 10:55 am and 11:11 am EST (GMT-5). We had to reboot a server after a database service crashed.
Everything is back to normal, but as a precautionary measure we will be doing a maintenance operation this Sunday Feb. 1st 2009 at 1am EST (GMT-5). Form processing will be unavailable for about 30 minutes. During this downtime, we will have placeholders designed to help your visitors resubmit your forms with minimal inconvenience.
We are also taking additional steps to guarantee high availability services. We will post more details soon.
