Now you can get help with your web forms right inside FormAssembly! We’ll walk you through an issue and give you step-by-step instructions from within the Form Builder. We hope this makes it a lot easier for you to get things done and launch awesome web forms even faster.
We released two big changes, so here’s a rundown.
Get Help — Easier, Quicker
We’ve added a new Help menu so it’s easier to search our documentation and get instant access to the resources you need without leaving the page you’re working on. In the Form Manager, you can find the Help menu at the top right:
In the Form Builder, the Help menu is at the top right, too, just above the Save button:
Live Chat Support
What’s even more exciting? You can now chat with us from anywhere within FormAssembly! Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET (GMT -5). Just click the blue button at the bottom right to start talking to us. We’ll usually get back to you within a few minutes.
You can also check your past chat history. Plus, you can feel free to message us at any time. We’re always listening, and we’d love to hear from you.
Outside of our support hours? You’ll see the Chat greyed out:
But not to worry! We’ll get back to you the next day and follow up with every single message we get.

You can still open a ticket or email us! It’s all in the Help menu.
