FormAssembly Incident Report for November 23, 2016
During the outage, customers and form users experienced:
- Inability to log into accounts
- Difficulties loading forms
- Error messages upon form submission
We are adding more storage capacity to these multi-tenant servers and putting measures in place to reduce disk usage to mitigate any future storage related problems.
We apologize for the disturbance in service and any difficulties it may have caused you and your organization. We value the business of our many customers, and we are dedicated to continually working to reduce the frequency of issues and quickly remedy any outages that may occur.
