Early this morning, November 23, starting at 1:00am GMT-5, some of the FormAssembly servers for our multi-tenant platform encountered disk capacity issues which caused the unresponsive state experienced by some customers. The issue was fixed by 8:00am GMT-5.

During the outage, customers and form users experienced:

  • Inability to log into accounts
  • Difficulties loading forms
  • Error messages upon form submission

Only customers on app.formassembly.com were affected. Enterprise and Compliance Cloud customers were not affected by this outage. All impacted customers will be notified via email.

We are adding more storage capacity to these multi-tenant servers and putting measures in place to reduce disk usage to mitigate any future storage related problems.
