Yesterday, March 2, at around 5 p.m. EST, FormAssembly Enterprise customers may have experienced intermittent downtime due to an external issue with IBM SoftLayer’s datacenters. SoftLayer resolved the issue at roughly 8 p.m. EST.

The SoftLayer issue did not affect FormAssembly Professional and Premier plan users.
