FormAssembly Incident Report for December 6, 2016

Today, December 6, just before 4pm GMT-5, roughly 100 FormAssembly Enterprise and Compliance Cloud customers experienced around 45 minutes of downtime.
We were able to fix the problem by restoring to a working system configuration. No customer data or form responses were lost.
We are currently investigating the incident to avoid this issue occurring again in the future. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may have caused.
