1. What interested you about FormAssembly in the first place?

I was really attracted to working with a diverse, international team. Personally, I enjoy meeting new and different people. Professionally, design thinking is all about generating options and then selecting the best. The more diverse your team is, the better suited you are to discovering new opportunities.

My favorite thing about my job is working on the front end of the design process – bouncing ideas around, sketching them out, and critiquing them with other members of the team.

3. What excites you most about your position and growth opportunity at FormAssembly?

It can be a little intimidating as the only designer, but I enjoy the entire design process and am really excited about setting up and owning the process.

4. What are you looking forward to achieving at FormAssembly?

I’m looking forward to my first major overhaul. I have been working on more focused changes to individual features, but it is always exciting push out a major change.

5. What unique qualities do you bring to the FormAssembly team?

Professionally, I have always been required to wear a lot of hats. Now, I am very comfortable jumping between roles and picking up new skills. As a member of the FormAssembly team, I draw from an extensive toolbox for UX, UI and general problem solving.

6. What are some of your favorite activities outside of work?

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Recently I’ve been having a love affair with Thai food.

7. What’s something not a lot of people know about you?

When I was in college, I studied abroad in Budapest and it gave me a life-long bug for travel. Since then, it’s taken me around the world and across the country multiple times.

8. What’s your spirit animal? Why?

Ringtail Lemur because they spend their time darting after whatever interests them or sprawled out in complete relaxation.
