How well do you know the awesome people behind FormAssembly? This series is the place to learn all about our incredible teammates. This week we’re profiling Krystle Scott, Customer Support Specialist.
Name: Krystle Constantine Marie Scott
Title: Customer Support Specialist
With FormAssembly Since: December 2017

1. What interested you about FormAssembly in the first place?

FormAssembly was a service and product being used by nonprofit and ecommerce organizations that I already supported as a customer or an advocate.

2. What’s your favorite thing about your job?

I love being able to piece together technical details in challenging cases to help customers arrive at a working solution. I also enjoy unintentionally coming across creative approaches for some of the proposed use cases we get.

3. What excites you most about your position and growth opportunity at FormAssembly?

My interactions with my team members continually spark new avenues of intellectual growth.

4. What has been your proudest moment at FormAssembly?

There are many, but one proud moment that I have the privilege to re-live often is seeing the forms of companies who use FormAssembly, such as those that help support children, new homeowners, or veterans, etc.

5. What unique qualities do you bring to the FormAssembly team?

I am systematic, well organized, and have communication abilities that transform like Marvel’s Mystic in order to provide a great amount of clarity, or at least that is what I believe. I am also happy and fun-centered, so I tend to find ways of sharing my smile and laughter with my team.

6. What are some of your favorite activities outside of work?

I love running, music, playing most sports, trying outdoor treks, learning other spoken languages, meditating, gardening, and health hacks.

7. What’s something not a lot of people know about you?

I don’t really like to talk. Actually, I am guessing a lot of people know this. I will have to poll the folks that know to get a better perspective on this one.

8. If you were a breakfast cereal, what would you be and why?

It would be something chickpea, kale, and tomato-flavored; not sure if that’s in existence anywhere. Those three together make a very dreamy and soothing breakfast experience. If I were a breakfast cereal, I would make people linger in a tranquil and fulfilled state for a bit.

9. Who was your role model as a child?

I am my own role model, so I’ll just discuss people/ideas that were good at holding my attention from time to time. Storm, because I loved comics and Saturday morning cartoons. She was cool, calm, collected, observant, extremely powerful, and comparative to other characters, I felt she looked like me. There are also my parents and siblings, as there is always wisdom of gold that I learned from those closest to me. I also pondered upon my ancestors, those who did this life before me, in times I have yet to completely understand.

10. What’s your spirit animal?

A black panther. In order to ask why we’d have to ask the panther, who doesn’t speak much. 🙂
