We’ve been busier than ever at FormAssembly. From minor bug fixes to major, product-defining improvements, our technical teams have been working nearly non-stop to bring you a better platform in 2021 and into the new year. Learn more about the biggest items on our roadmap and other small product updates.

Highlights: FormAssembly Workflow

FormAssembly’s biggest data collection transformation yet is coming to the platform, and in October, the majority of our product and engineering resources were focused on refining and testing this feature. Coming soon to Enterprise Cloud, Compliance Cloud, and Government Cloud users, FormAssembly Workflow offers professionals an entirely new way to map out business-critical data collection processes. 

We’ve long been known for customizable web forms and powerful software integrations, but with FormAssembly Workflow, we give users greater control over repetitive tasks and processes ranging from applications to approvals to pre-qualification and onboarding. 

Alongside Workflow, we’ve made some background services changes and other upgrades to FormAssembly in order to enable this transformation and future innovation. Through the end of 2021 and beyond, we’ll continue leveling up the technology that powers our platform to deliver a better, faster, more secure experience and enable exciting new features like Workflow.

Released to all customers: October 6, 2021

  • We resolved an issue that was preventing notification emails from being sent to users whose forms required moderation.

Fix Version 5.33.4

Released to all customers: October 20, 2021

  • We fixed an issue that was preventing repeated sections from working correctly with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector.

Released to all customers: September 16, 2021
