November marked a pivotal point in FormAssembly’s evolution as we released our new Workflow solution to the public. This launch was a culmination of months of planning, building, and testing, and was our largest and most collaborative product release ever. Read on to learn about this groundbreaking release and other improvements we made in November 2021.

Highlights

FormAssembly Workflow

Imagine being able to not only collect data with FormAssembly but configure it to automatically flow to other people, teams, and systems in a visual, no-code interface. With FormAssembly Workflow, that’s now a reality. While FormAssembly has always been a powerful tool for up-leveling outdated processes, it’s now easier than ever to build and visualize those processes directly from your FormAssembly account.

The new Workflow solution includes a Workflow Builder where you can combine forms, emails, integrations, and other actions into processes that serve the goals of your organization. Workflow includes time-saving features such as form-to-form prefilling for better UX, conditional routing for automated decision-making, a “Go To” step to customize your workflow without code, and more.

Workflow is available on all new Enterprise, Compliance Cloud, and Government Cloud accounts, and it’s currently being rolled out to existing customers on these plans.
