FormAssembly Release 5.3.1: Sensitive Data Security in Payment Connectors

In FormAssembly 5.3.1, we released increased security of sensitive data being processed in our payment connector, where data that is mapped to credit cards and cvv fields in the connector configurations will automatically be tagged as sensitive and handled accordingly. We also added a few improvements and resolved several issues. Please see the full details below.

  • Auto-marking credit card and cvv fields as sensitive in the Form Builder
  • Adding consistent styling options to all default public themes
  • Maintaining collapsed sections in the outline while navigating the Form Builder
  • Updated Magyar, French & Dutch translation files

Resolved Issues

  • Downgrading from a Premier account to a Professional account now gracefully handles inaccessible connectors
  • Forms created in Form Builder 4.2 or below can now update through the prompt
  • All EC/CC admins have the “Can Create Themes” permission checked by default
  • Duplicate records are no longer being created by the Salesforce submit connector
  • Various bugs
