On March 27, at 12:15 p.m. EDT, FormAssembly Enterprise customers experienced difficulty logging into their accounts. We fixed the issue by approximately 1:30 p.m. EDT.

The login issue was caused by a database upgrade issue, and we were able to remedy the problem by applying database upgrades properly.

On March 22, at 5:50 p.m. EDT, some FormAssembly Professional and Premier customers started experiencing timeouts and forms were inaccessible. We were able to restore service by approximately 6:20 p.m. EDT.
