Yesterday, March 15, at 4:18 p.m. EDT, FormAssembly Professional and Premier customers started experiencing downtime on their accounts. We were able to restore service by approximately 5:00 p.m. EDT. No data was lost due to this incident.

During routine maintenance a server failed, and our failover systems didn’t automatically redistribute the load. We completed the maintenance and normal operations resumed.
