Wednesday at approximately 3:00PM EST, a stale firewall configuration was accidentally applied to one of the servers powering FormAssembly Gemini, preventing delivery of email notifications from that server. This issue was remedied Thursday morning at 9:10AM EST. Undelivered notifications were queued on the misconfigured server and were delivered when connectivity was restored.
FormAssembly Enterprise and FormAssembly On-Site customers were not affected.
