On Wednesday, June 5, 2019, FormAssembly announced a $10 million Series A funding from Level Equity, an investment firm based in New York. This is an exciting win for FormAssembly as it is the first infusion of outside capital since its founding in 2006 by Cedric Savarese, Founder and CEO.
