1. What interested you about FormAssembly in the first place?

In order for me to thrive in a position, I have to be passionate about the company and believe in the product. Before applying for this position, I made sure to do my research on FormAssembly to see if it would be a fit. I was blown away with the product and the outstanding reviews I found from current customers. I was also intrigued by the fact that the company was smaller and had employees spread across the globe.

2. What’s your favorite thing about your job?

My favorite thing about my job is having the ability to introduce FormAssembly to companies that might not be aware of us and, in turn, help those businesses streamline their processes and optimize their data collection.

3. What excites you most about your position and growth opportunity at FormAssembly?

What excites me most about my position at FormAssembly is the fact that I am one of two business development representatives currently within the company. We truly have the ability to grow this department from the ground up!

4. What are you looking forward to achieving in your position at FormAssembly?

I’m looking forward to growing the company exponentially through outbound sales.

5. What unique qualities do you bring to the FormAssembly team?

The unique qualities I bring to the FormAssembly team are persistence, determination, and my eagerness to constantly expand my knowledge base.

6. What are some of your favorite activities outside of work?

My favorite activities include traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

7. What’s something not a lot of people know about you?

I love going to sporting events.

8. Who was your role model as a child? Why?

I won’t mention one specific person, but for as long as I can remember, I have always admired anyone with a good heart who went out of their way to make a positive impact on others.

9. What’s your spirit animal? Why?

I’ve never thought about this before, so I took a quiz. My answer: Bear. “The primary meaning of the bear spirit animal is strength and confidence. Having a bear as a spirit animal can mean that you find balance and comfort in solitude.”
