1. What interested you about FormAssembly in the first place?
Everyone is on the same page here. We all want the users to be happy because we all know that happy users are what keep everything going. It’s a great product with awesome support and a strong focus on the customers who use it.
2. What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I love that “Ah-ha!” moment when I figure out how to fix an issue for a customer. Finding that last piece of the puzzle and watching it come together is incredibly fun!
3. What excites you most about your position and growth opportunity at FormAssembly?
I’m so excited to grow with this team. Everyone has been so helpful and kind since I started and I feel like I’m part of a family. I can’t wait until I have more experience so I can do this for the next new team member!
4. What has been your proudest moment at FormAssembly?
The very first time I helped another team member solve an issue I was so happy that I danced around the living room!
5. What unique qualities do you bring to the FormAssembly team?
Formulas are very much my thing. They’re so fun to put together and take apart and play with until they work! Besides that, I’d say my ability to find odd ways of solving problems when the straightforward path isn’t available is something I bring to the table.
6. What are some of your favorite activities outside of work?
Playing video games, reading, trying new foods, and listening to podcasts.
7. What’s something not a lot of people know about you?
Despite the fact that I’ve been to about 15 countries in the last 3 years, I’m terrified of planes. It takes a lot of meditation, calming music, and chocolate to get me through those flights.
8. Who was your role model as a child?
Alanna from the Song of the Lioness book series. She wasn’t perfect but she worked hard to do amazing things anyway!
9. What’s your spirit animal?
Probably a cat. I’m independent, curious, and sometimes I just want to sit in a warm patch of sunlight and stare out the window.
