1. What interested you about FormAssembly in the first place?
The company culture and the option to work remotely are what I initially liked most about FormAssembly. Now, having worked here a year and a half, I love FormAssembly for those same reasons and much more. I love the open dialogue and collaboration between teams and how everyone on every team cares about the work that we do.
2. What’s your favorite thing about your job?
While there are many things I love about my job, like working with clients to get the most out of our system, I would say that having the opportunity to develop and spearhead a Customer Success Management team is up there.
3. What excites you most about your position and growth opportunity at FormAssembly?
I am excited about working proactively with clients.
4. What has been your proudest moment at FormAssembly?
My 2017 Dreamforce attendance was a proud moment for me because I had the opportunity to meet a lot of our clients in person. While at the conference, many clients told me how they were using our forms and how using our forms had saved their organization money and/or doubled their donation efforts. It was a very rewarding feeling to have face-to-face discussions with clients and to learn the different ways they were using FormAssembly.
5. What unique qualities do you bring to the FormAssembly team?
I am not so sure if it is a unique quality amongst our team as we all have pretty positive outlooks but I try my best to bring a positive outlook to every meeting and project.
6. What are some of your favorite activities outside of work?
I love to read and listen to books, watch movies, travel, and hangout with my husband and French Bulldog, Pia Maria.
7. What’s something not a lot of people know about you?
I still like to play video games every now and again but I am super selective! I last played The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Loved it!
8. If you were a breakfast cereal, what would you be and why?
I am not sure why but this questions seems like it’s the toughest one to answer! Probably granola with pieces of dried strawberries and blueberries in it because you are what you eat.
9. What’s your spirit animal?
I am going to go with the hummingbird as my spirit animal. They are small but can fly forward or backward, hover, and even fly upside down, and they do all of this so fast we can’t see it happening! They also have mega brains, superior eyesight, and are beautiful. They have to eat every 10 minutes to nourish all of these mad skills.
I love that they make all of that hard work look easy and that they do it gracefully, but as of now, I can mostly relate to the eating every 10 minutes part. I will aspire to their other amazing qualities. 🙂
