FormAssembly Teammate Highlight: Jordan Schartz
How well do you know the awesome people behind FormAssembly? This series is the place to learn all about our incredible team members. This week we’re profiling Jordan Schartz, Enterprise Account Executive.
Name: Jordan Schartz
Title: Enterprise Account Executive
With FormAssembly Since: February 2018
1. What interested you about FormAssembly in the first place?
I had used the product in a previous consulting role with a great experience so when I saw an opportunity to join the team remotely I jumped at it.
2. What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I really enjoy finding solutions to business problems my clients face. That motivates me to dig further into the capabilities of FormAssembly, to give them the same great experience I had with the product. I also love those magic words when the client says “We are ready to move forward”.
3. What excites you most about your position and growth opportunity at FormAssembly?
Well, first off, the team I work with is awesome. My colleagues have shown themselves to be focused on team goals and super helpful when I have needed collaboration. I am excited about the growth of the company and the brand name recognition I’m seeing in certain industries. It’s great when a potential client says they were recommended FormAssembly by major consulting firms across the world!
4. What are you looking forward to achieving at FormAssembly?
Being relatively new, I’d say I’m looking forward to growing the company by digging deep into my clients’ discovered and undiscovered challenges and helping solve them.
5. What unique qualities do you bring to the FormAssembly team?
Southern twang in my speech 🙂 I think I also bring my consulting background to the sales process, particularly with more advanced use cases of our product. It seems the possibilities are somewhat endless with what FormAssembly can do.
6. What are some of your favorite activities outside of work?
I’m an NFL/fantasy football junkie. Everyone in my city also loves college football so I know a fair amount about it as well whether I want to or not. I also love music – listening and creating.
7. What’s something not a lot of people know about you?
I played drums in a band several years ago. After I left, it turns out our lead singer/songwriter went viral on YouTube for covering Whitney Houston’s – I Will Always Love You with several million views.
8. If you were a breakfast cereal, what would you be and why?
According to BuzzFeed I am Frosted Flakes. I look at the world with a glass half-full mentality.
9. Who was your role model/hero as a child? Why?
Michael Jordan – Partly because of the name, but ultimately because of his ability to become the best in his sport. I wanted to be like Mike.
