1. What interested you about FormAssembly in the first place?

I stumbled upon FormAssembly’s website and after reading about the company and product, I made sure to check out the Team page. I was surprised to know that a team of only 40-45 amazing individuals are behind FormAssembly and that left me in awe. I was very interested about how the Support Team managed to learn about this huge product while keeping their customers happy. Aside from being a distributed team and working from home, it was about learning the product and wanting to be part of this amazing team. 🙂

2. What’s your favorite thing about your job?

My co-workers, learning the product, and helping people know more about it as well. I didn’t have a heavy technical background prior to joining FormAssembly so I am very grateful that I get to learn from my colleagues and help our customers at the same time. Also, getting responses from customers saying that I’ve helped them figure something out or that my suggestions worked for them is very satisfying.

3. What excites you most about your position and growth opportunity at FormAssembly?

Everyday is different. Yes, I know the basics of FormAssembly, but each customer has a different use case and you’ll never know what they find or what they would need help with. This keeps me on my toes and I love that I get to learn from our customers, too.

4. What are you looking forward to achieving at FormAssembly?

I’ve only been here for 3 months so I know that I still have a lot to learn – and I will definitely work on knowing more about the product.

5. What unique qualities do you bring to the FormAssembly team?

Not very unique but helpful indeed. Working in HR and Events, and working with people from different walks of life has helped me become more empathic, patient, understanding, and friendly, and it shows with how I interact with customers. Additionally, my eagerness to learn would not only benefit myself, but our customers as well.

6. What are some of your favorite activities outside of work?

Eating, playing video games, listening to music, cleaning the house, taking my dogs to the park and playing with them, and hanging out and traveling with my partner. I also try to workout everyday haha!

7. What’s something not a lot of people know about you?

I became part of a national team for handball. Oh, and can I add another one? 😀 I’d like to foster animals and eventually put up my own animal rescue/shelter. 🙂

8. What’s your spirit animal?

I’d like to think that my spirit animal is the dog, but I took an online test and it said my spirit animal is the deer.
