FormAssembly has been used in multiple continents and over 100 countries. As great as this is, it also means that our users are located in very different time zones. Because of that, we’ve made some exciting changes to the services we provide through our Support Team.
FormAssembly’s Customer Support Team is now available to help answer your questions and troubleshoot problems from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. During this 12-hour window each day, you can get quick, friendly, and helpful support from our team for anything from simple questions to complex form configurations.
Why are we extending our support hours? Well, we value our global customer base, and we want to make sure that you have more chances to get the form assistance you need when you need it, especially if you’re short on time and need answers fast. As our user base grows, we’re committed to growing, too.
Outside of those hours and on weekends and U.S. holidays, support will be limited, but we’ll resume non-urgent conversations in the following day’s business hours. Remember that you can always access our documentation if we aren’t available to answer your questions immediately.
