Dreamforce 2016 Sessions You Can’t Miss

Ready for Dreamforce? We are! The four-day cloud computing conference everyone’s been waiting for is just days away! To help you make the final touches to your conference agenda, we’ve compiled a few sessions that are sure to be awesome. Some might even be mentioning FormAssembly.
Check out the options below and add one to your plans. Also, stay tuned, because we may be adding more sessions to this list before Dreamforce!

Platform 101: Intro to App Cloud and Lightning for Nonprofits

This session, geared towards nonprofit professionals, will take place Tuesday, October 4, 2016, from 1:00 p.m.-1:40 p.m.
From the event page:

“Build It Green leverages the Salesforce Platform to support public programs and its membership. Learn how it develops on Lightning with “clicks not code” that still deliver full-featured tools. Check out an enrollment system built using key Platform features, by admins with minimal coding experience, that automate critical processes and use third-party tools and APIs to extend functionality. A’s Solution Engineer will also show how you can begin building innovative solutions on the flexible Salesforce Platform.”

The speakers for this session will be Chase Schults from Salesforce and Matthew Souther, Information Systems Manager at Build it Green. (Check out our recent case study with them.)

Reporting to External Agencies: Save an Entire Work Week with Automated Reports

This session for education professionals will take place Tuesday, October 4, 2016, from 3:00 p.m.-3:40 p.m.
From the event page:

“Join us to learn how the University of Florida built a web services integration that automatically reports continuing pharmacy education credits to the state and national agency. Hear how they moved from receiving registrations through four different systems and manually entering all of that data into a database, to deploying a fully-automated system, freeing up 40 hours of work a week. UF will also discuss why they chose Salesforce over other out-of-the-box solutions, and walk you through the automated reporting system.”

Session speakers will be Brian Karcinski, Director of Finance and Admissions at the University of Florida, and Nicholas McBride, IT Analyst at the University of Florida.
