The FormAssembly Basic plan is being officially retired on January 30, 2021, allowing FormAssembly to focus even more on improving our Professional, Premier, Enterprise, and Compliance Cloud plans. Our goal is to ensure the most positive customer experience across each of our plans, and we’re here to support current Basic plan users through this change. Upgrade to Professional

If you’re sad to see the Basic plan retire, you’re in luck! Basic plan users can continue using FormAssembly by upgrading to FormAssembly Professional. This Professional plan upgrade option will offer current Basic plan users powerful connectors with Salesforce and other tools, high security and compliance standards, and unlimited forms and responses.
FormAssembly Professional helps businesses in all industries simplify tedious data collection processes. From nonprofit volunteer forms to secure payment forms, the use cases for FormAssembly’s Professional plan are limitless.
If you choose to upgrade, we will apply a prorated amount for whatever has been prepaid on the current Basic subscription to your new Professional plan.
