About the Form Builder

The Form Builder is a web form creation tool provided by the Form Assembly.

The two underlying frameworks are available as open-source:

  • wForms - A javascript library to add commonly needed behaviors to traditional web forms : form validation, conditional questions, repeatable sections and more...
  • Freja - The Javascript Model-View-Controller Framework geared toward Zero-Latency Web Applications.
